We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking General Manager to lead this elegant boutique property into its next phase of growth.
This role is suited to a hands-on luxury hospitality professional who genuinely cares about the direction of the business, understands how thoughtful detail elevates guest experience, and has the commercial and technical skillset to drive performance while preserving the hotel’s unique identity.
As General Manager, you won’t just be the face of the hotel — you’ll be the custodian of the brand, setting standards, shaping the guest journey, and implementing meaningful touches that turn great stays into memorable ones.

Reporting to ownership, the General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations while actively driving business performance, guest experience innovation and team engagement.
This is a visible, involved leadership role requiring someone equally comfortable reviewing financials, refining systems, engaging with guests, and rolling up their sleeves on the floor when needed.
Key areas of focus include:
- Driving revenue growth and operational performance
- Elevating guest experience through detail, service delivery and innovation
- Leading and developing a small, high-performing team
- Implementing and refining systems, procedures and standards
- Building strong relationships with local producers, partners and the community
- Acting as brand ambassador and ensuring consistency across every guest touchpoint
- Lead day-to-day hotel operations with a strong guest-first focus
- Drive commercial outcomes through budgeting, forecasting and revenue strategies
- Identify and implement enhancements that improve guest experience and repeat visitation
- Foster a strong internal culture built on accountability, pride and service excellence
- Manage guest relations proactively, turning feedback into opportunity
- Ensure compliance across WHS, licensing and brand standards
- Maintain a high standard of presentation across all areas of the property
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader within luxury or boutique hospitality
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with hands-on operational capability
- Technically confident and comfortable with property systems (RMS experience desirable)
- A natural relationship-builder, both internally and externally
- Detail-driven, yet strategic in thinking
- Approachable, grounded leadership style with high standards
- Passionate about guest experience, regional hospitality and premium service
